The purpose of the award is to highlight B2B companies that have created sustainable organic growth and conduct sales and marketing work in a customer and sales-oriented way.

 

 

CRITERIA


  • The company is registered in Sweden
  • The company’s revenue was at least SEK 100 million in 2019
  • The company has had an increasing revenue the last three years
  • The company has had a positive profitability the last three years
  • The company has utilized the opportunities of digitalization in an effective way to increase sales and customer value
  • The company has built a robust business strategy based on analysis of the customers’ buying behavior and needs
  • The company has succeeded in integrating sales and marketing work in a joint effort to achieve set goals

The purpose of the award is to reward B2B executives who represent modern leadership in a changing world.

 

Criteria

  • The award winner represents a company registered in Sweden
  • The company’s revenue was at least SEK 100 million in 2019
  • The award winner has documented good experience as a manager and shown good results over time
  • The award winner is a good role model and ambassador for how to conduct modern leadership, for example when it comes to sustainability, health and diversity
  • The award winner has utilized the opportunities of digitalization in an effective way to increase sales and customer value
  • The award winner has built a robust business strategy based on analysis of the customers’ buying behavior and needs
  • The award winner has succeeded in integrating sales and marketing work in a joint effort to achieve set goals

 

The winner receives a watch from Sjöö Sandström (value approx. SEK 25,000).

  • The tool streamlines and modernizes the work for the sales reps
